Terms and Conditions of the watertogo.pl Online Store
§1 General Provisions
The online store operating at www.watertogo.pl is run by WMB-INVEST.PL sp. z o.o., headquartered at ul. Zacisze 20, 64-200 Wolsztyn, registered in the National Court Register maintained by the District Court Poznań – Nowe Miasto i Wilda in Poznań, 9th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000943909, NIP: 9231739098, REGON: 520830093.

Warehouse and returns address: Niałek Wielki 108 B, 64-200 Wolsztyn.
This Terms and Conditions document defines the rules for using the store, placing orders, concluding sales contracts, rights and obligations of the parties, complaint procedures, and rules for withdrawal from contracts.
§2 Definitions
Customer – a natural person, legal person, or organizational unit purchasing products in the Store.
Consumer – a natural person purchasing products for purposes not directly related to business or professional activity.
Store – the online store available at www.watertogo.pl.
Goods – products offered by the Seller in the Store.
Sales Contract – a contract concluded at a distance, under the terms set out in these Terms and Conditions.
§3 Conditions of Using the Store
To use the Store, the following are required:
Internet access,
an active e-mail account,
a web browser.
It is forbidden for the Customer to provide unlawful content.
The Seller reserves the right to temporarily disable the Store for maintenance or updates.
§4 Placing Orders
Orders can be placed 24/7 via the Store's website.
To place an order, the Customer:
selects the Goods,
adds the Goods to the cart,
fills in the order form providing required details (name, surname, delivery address, phone number, e-mail address),
chooses the payment and delivery method,
accepts the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy,
confirms the order.
After placing the order, the Customer receives an order confirmation via the provided e-mail address.
The sales contract is concluded upon confirmation by the Seller of acceptance of the order for processing.
If the Seller is unable to fulfill the order, the Customer will be notified promptly and offered the option to choose another product or receive a refund.
§5 Prices and Payments
All prices in the Store are gross prices (including VAT) and expressed in Polish złoty (PLN).
The Customer can make payments via:
traditional bank transfer to the Seller’s account,
online payment system Przelewy24,
cash on delivery to the courier.
Payment for the order should be made before shipment, except for cash on delivery.
§6 Delivery
Delivery is carried out within Poland by the courier company DHL.
Delivery costs are indicated during order placement and added to the price of the Goods.
The standard delivery time is 1–3 business days from the date of payment confirmation or order confirmation for cash on delivery.
In exceptional cases, delivery time may be extended — the Customer will be informed accordingly.
§7 Right of Withdrawal
The Consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days from receipt of the Goods without providing any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer should notify the Seller by a clear statement sent to the e-mail address: sklep@watertogo.pl or by post to the Seller's registered address.
The Goods should be returned to: Niałek Wielki 108 B, 64-200 Wolsztyn promptly, and no later than 14 days from the withdrawal date.
The Consumer bears the direct costs of returning the Goods unless the Seller agrees to cover them.
Refund will be made promptly, no later than within 14 days of receiving the returned Goods or proof of their return.
The Goods should be returned in an unchanged state, except for changes resulting from normal handling.
§8 Complaints and Warranty
The Seller is responsible for product defects according to the provisions of the Civil Code.
In case of defects, the Customer has the right to file a complaint.
Complaints should be submitted via e-mail: sklep@watertogo.pl or in writing to the Seller’s address.
The complaint must include: name and surname, contact details, description of the defect, date of defect detection, and Customer’s request (e.g. repair, replacement, price reduction, contract withdrawal).
The Seller will review the complaint within 14 days of receipt.
If the complaint is accepted, the Seller will inform the Customer of the method of resolution.
Defects discovered after the warranty period may be repaired under separate service agreements.
§9 Personal Data Protection
The administrator of Customer personal data is WMB-INVEST.PL sp. z o.o.
Personal data is processed for order fulfillment and in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
The Customer has the right to access, correct, restrict processing, and delete their data, as well as to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (PUODO).
